Hello, taking the first step towards seeking support is not always easy.

I work with adults from all backgrounds, offering a safe and confidential space for you to explore difficulties you may have. My training is in Integrative Psychotherapy, which means that  I consider all aspects of the person and together we can work on an extensive range of issues such as anxiety, depression, body image, loss, bereavement and trauma.

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP ethical framework.
