My training is in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy, which means that all aspects of the person are taken into account, thereby enabling me to work with a wide range of people and an extensive list of issues, such as anxiety, depression, body image, eating disorders, low self-esteem, bereavement, loss, trauma.
I use techniques drawing on Humanistic Psychotherapies, Gestalt, Body Therapy and also working with the unconscious processes. I believe this allows for a wide and flexible range of approaches with my clients.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I offer individual sessions of 50 minutes in a safe and confidential dedicated space.
